Sensie Hanasaki, we now run sendmail 8.12.1.  I am sure something is broke
and I screwed up the config somewhere.  That's why it works ;-)
For those of you who have not taken the plunge, sendmail 8.12 is a bit wierd
in the fact that it basically has two different sendmail set up, one for 
sending and one for receiving.   This allows it to not run suid root which is
a good thing when considering sendmail security.
