Utilicorp

I have noticed that a couple of the list members work at
Utilicorp.  I will be interviewing with them  hopefully
in about two weeks.  I'm especially curious as to how their
employees like working there and also the path that exists for
climbing the corporate ladder.  Also noticed on the job
description that familiarity of Linux was one of their "specialized
skills" they were looking to find.  Let me know as I value any
input both positive or negative.
