Anyone stupid enough to think that attachments "from" people they =do= know
are =really= from those people can still get bit. Nimda, for instance, finds
received messages to which no reply has been sent, and sends a reply with
the same subject line.  You see a message that is "obviously" a continuation
of an existing thread, and open it.  And if you open the attachment, you're
screwed.
