The system must:
	run win and linux (running debian woody)
	dual / quad CPU (Dual Athlon preference)
	Full Audio / Video Capture from VCR/DVD
	Play DVD and MPEG/DVD/... Files to TV/SVideo

I am looking for:
	Which MB's (known support for multiCPU)
	Which Video Card(s) / Piggyback Cards
	Info on how to cool the system
	Power Supply sizing and brands
