I saw this
'--with-mysql=shared,/usr'
in your phpinfo

My says
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql

I think you need to get that comma outa there

I'm at the database info page... do you want to send me that info and I'll see 
if I can get past it?

Aslo it this a new install or an upgrade?  If upgrade, what version are we 
upgrading from?
