[Tom Margrave]

This sounds too interesting. Since Borland is buying Starbase which is one
of Rationals biggest competitor in the Requirements and CM area.   To top
off the story I work for StarBase and soon to be Borland.

Resistance is futile..  Long live Bor(g)land.    :)

Interesting. I heard that the guy who wrote C# (or much of it) for MS was
the
same guy that created Delphi. Perhaps MS is buying this guy's baby back for
him.
