a needle in an rpmstack

I am trying to find which red hat rpm in rh7.2 would have contained
the libstc++.so.4 library.  I can only produce 3 and 5 by unpacking
them.

libstdc++.so.4

Does anyone know of an exahustive and public listing reference of
all the files in all the rpms?  rpmfind is not this.  (That might be
a useful thing to do with the cluster.)
