anyone installed FP2002 extensions on 1.3.27 apache

Just wondering if anyone has installed FrontPage
Extensions with mod_frontpage_mirax on Apache1.3.27
with any success yet?

I have managed to get the extensions installed but
having trouble setting up the admin pages via the
commandline.
