here are some more ideas
there is a true random method of obtaining seed numbers for encryption keys, etc. (see google:
"hotbits"). it wouldn't need a cluster per say, but what could be more geekish than playing with
mosix and radioisotopes? :)
it wouldn't be practical at all, but it could be fun to load Xaos on the cluster and make some
really HUGE fractals....anyone have access to a plotter? (pretty fractal posters :))
