Technically, it's not legal, but there is a program out there that 
you'll have to get off of some hacking sites that was in Beta 3 when 
Real Networks sent them a cease and desist letter sighting the DMCA 
(boo!) as their justification. So, technically, you would be pirating 
unreleased software and "circumventing copy protection technology".

Of course, whether it's ethical is anyone's opinion. I believe it is.
