request for help

  Eric is having some problems talking to the user group's mail server. 
 Here's his email, but unfortunately I lack the skillz to help him.  If

Hi Marvin,

I'm stuck and I wonder if you could help me.  I keep trying to send mail 
to the list and keep getting the following:

Any idea what I need to do?  I tried re-subscribing to the list, but my 
auth reply even came back.

Do you know who the list admin is?
