qcad and xcircuit are the two cad programs listed in the gentoo tree.

I wouldn't recommend LinuxCad.  They have been spamming usenet newsgroups 
and have repeadedly been told not to do that.  People who have tried it 
claimed it sucks and not worth the money or time.
