Problems with Whois and DNS lookup

It looks like the spammer in question is a customer of PlanetKC also known
as Web One, Inc. And it looks like they have a pretty harsh policy when it
comes to spammer.  From the web site (http://www.planetkc.com) -

"NO SPAMMING Spamming is the sending of unsolicited e-mail. If you do spam,
your service will be terminated without notice and no refunds will be
issued."
