mkbootmsg

Greetings,
Is there a similar program like mkbootmsg for creating
lilo boot screens. I have a .config file, .pcx file
and a font image that I downloaded.  I'm running
mdk8.2 and the site I downloaded from seemed to make
me think that I needed mkbootmsg but I could find it
for download at the suse website.  So I don't know
what I need in order to get this lilo boot screen
going. If anyone knows what I'm talking about I could
use some help, pretty please :)
