As am I Brian, but, in 30 seconds on Google I can give you a list of
hundreds of new Linux sites daily, that I'm sure would be more than willing
to give this gentleman assistance in his marketing project in some way,
shape, or form...

I too, have embraced the Linux movement with a ferver that I thought up
until now was lost to me......I grow extremely weary of monolithic
monopolies mitigated by mindless minions, BUT, I would like to be able to
research new products of my choice, when and how I choose......not by an
UN-wanted intrusion from every opportunistic, get-rich-quick programmer,
ripping out some app. to jump on the Linux bandwagon.....

Well, amigo, I am new here.....so you tell me, what is this LUG about????
Learning and enhancing ones knowledge about an OS developed by a real-world
community of remarkably brilliant and inovative individuals.....or a haven
for those who want the exclusive attention of a select group of
electronically captive consumers in order to selectively pinpoint their
barage of intrusive tactics?????

OH, and btw....is, or is not, the key word in your above sentence SPAM?????
SPAM is SPAM, wether it's smoked, hickory, or plain........

I plan to support companies willing to risk a

Halleluah brother !!! Don't we all.........but, and this is my point, I
think, I may have forgotten what my point was....... =)   I just don't want
to have to start wading through 20 or 30 superfluous emails for this "latest
toy", and this "greatest thing" everytime I check my LUG mail, simply
because of an ever increasing consumer base for a product that just might,
for the first time in years, allow us REAL freedom of choice when it comes
to computing.....
