IP Routing Question

Idir.net is doing things they shouldn't.  I will damn them to hell for an
eternity for this wrongdoing!  But seriously, you won't be able to go from
the outside world to the 10.254.254.1  I guarantee this isn't routed.  Idir
is able to get away with it because they're using it solely on their internal
network.  They are possibly in violation of rfc2050, but I can't say that 
for sure.  Just something to think about.
