A really nice peice of software that I use is by Techsmith corporation.
It's snagit and it does really slick screen captures.  They have some newer
programs that can be setup to do screen captures of windows (Camtasia), to
make like movies of what you are doing.  It's a very slick concept for
demoing software or coaching users through tech support issues.
