This is one of the best Linux mailing lists I have seen thus far, Eric.

Everyone's very helpful, among other things.  I'm a semi-newbie to Linux,
considering my inexperience with it (I'm trying to fix that by building a
few linux systems here and training myself), but these guys really are
helpful.

Hi folks,

I'm new at this Linux thang and struggling mightily.  What mailing lists,
etc. would you recommend a newbie join, to be notified about changes and
what not, and to begin learning Linux.  I've been at this for over 6 months,
and I feel like I'm not getting anywhere.
