Doesn't the LUG homepage have directions to the Library?
Matt, it is real easy to get to the Library from the North.
You need to get on 35 and take the Oak Street exit, stay on the right side
of the road and follow it to the right where it splits. Stay on that street
until you hit the library on the right side of the street, just past the
municipal building (on the north left side) on (what is it guys) 12th or
13th street.

After careful consideration I decided to give it a try, needless to say I
