couple of ways to do it.
install ipmasqadm
run "ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L <your_external_IP> 80 -R
<internal_IP_you_want_to_forward_to> 80"
mine's like:
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L 206.104.44.55 80 -R 192.168.1.72 80
