Memory guru's?

Slightly confused..  Is it the OS or the BIOS that isn't seeing all of
the memory?  Your page says that it will only take 64MB/DIMM and that
it has to be 3.3 volt.  I'd check those if it's the BIOS that's the
problem but follow Dave's suggestion if it's the OS.
