Try XF86cfg (may need little f in there)or Xconfigurator.

I don't know what program im suppose to use to change
my screen display in redhat 6.2.  I was thinking XF86
but it does not work or im trying to start it wrong.
I read some different to start it but they did not
work.  Please help.
