WD/SMC 8013 NIC

I was using the wd.o module.  I even tryied adding IRQ=10 IO=300 in rc.modules
but it still did not work.  I have resolved the issue by changing the jumpers
for IRQ3 and moving the serial port on IRQ3 to IRQ 4.
