Asking to see if anybody has a bad ASUS board, I just had a M2NPV-VM commit infant suicide half way through loading Ubuntu., I troubleshot it down to a T042/69 chip which appears to be either a transistor or a voltage regulator, not sure since it has propriatry part number.
