The website was updated by script, and since covid the meetings kind of puttered out and i took forgranted to ignore the website, but Ishoudn't. I see the website has been updated even to reflect today's cancellation now.  Is someone updating this by hand in $EDITOR ? 

I was thinking of starting a shared Google Calendar for KCLUG and embedding the agenda/list view of that calendar on kclug.org, where today the plain text bulleted list appears.  I'm also happy to use any other calendar service that's not Google if it also has group editing and embeddable event list views.

Before I reserve the room, I’d like to make sure we have a few people planning to come out. The librarian I spoke with was very kind and understanding, but I also don’t want us to get in the habit of reserving rooms and then not using them.

 

If you think you can make the June 18 meeting, please reply and let us know. If it looks like we’ll have a few people there, I’ll go ahead and reserve the room.

I also attached an .ics calendar file for the June 18 meeting. Hopefully, that makes it a little easier to get it onto everyone’s calendar.
