They will share primary responsibilities for backup and recovery via Veritas NetBackup as well as support the SAN infrastructure, manage firmware upgrades and patching, monitor performance, perform Ignite-UX backups, and make recommendations for hardware upgrades and replacements. As part of the Technical Services team, they will be part of our on call rotation for 24x7 support of not only the operating system but also all users, databases, and applications. Proficiency with MQ or MQ Broker are highly desirable.
