I haven't checked the compatibility, but WalMart in Lee's Summit had a couple LinkSys WPC11 v4 CardBus cards on clearance for $15 each.  I'd have bought one/both but I have no CB capable machines.

Speaking of the ITEC booth, does anyone remember if
there was wireless network access on the exhibit room
floor?

And on a related note, has anyone seen a PCMCIA or USB
wireless network card, sold locally, which either has
a fairly native Linux driver or responds well with
ndiswrapper?  I've been comparing whats available at
MicroCenter with the ndiswrapper Wiki hardware list,
and some of the LinkSys and NetGear PCMCIA cards look
promising (specifically the LinkSys WPC54G and the
NetGear WG511).
