Not yet, it doesn't seem to have any effect. For various reasons I
flat-filed the filesystem instead of partitioning it - just /, swap, and
/boot. That means that quotacheck must run with the volume mounted, which
may be the problem. I reported it to the developers, will let you know if I
hear anything back.
