The line in the fstab file would be /dev/hdb1 /web ext2 defaults 0 0
(if it's your first drive on the second IDE chain) you'll need to be sure that the drive is partitioned and formatted. oh, and the fstab file is under the /etc directory. :)

Cant remember if I asked this question or not but I want to add an additional hard drive to my Linux Box. How do I configure it so it recognizes it on boot up I want to mount the drive as under the root as /web.

    TIA
