I have been searching for months, I have configured, installed, and combed through the code of a half-dozen projects and looked at the screenshots of another dozen, and searched, searched, searched, looking for a web e-mail client which was scripted in PHP and was POP3 and had a tidy interface.

Some are clumsy. Some don't work. Some are ugly. Some are unfinished.

Finally found something that met a high set of standards, and thought I'd pass the news along.
