   I bought and downloaded the CrossOver Office system. While it
works after a fashion, the system is clearly an alpha version.

   Many Excel spreadsheet functions don't appear to be implemented,
large spreadsheets simply won't load and the font renderings are not
very good.

   I do believe that this system will eventually deploy most of the
office functions and produce a usable alternative but if you are a
power user or use some of the arcane Office Suite functions, the
CrossOver Office suit will be a disappointment. Don't disable your
dual boot.
