I have a little problem and was looking for some help.......

If I let my machine set for about 2 minutes the cpu utilization goes up
to about 100% constant. As soon as I move the mouse, the cpu drops.
When I do a "top" on the command line, it says that kapm-idled is at
100%. I am running Mandrake 8.0. Anyone have any ideas or seen this
before?
