Subject: local NTP server ?

Hey guys,
     what is the local NTP server in the KC area or Central time. I have
tried several on the ntp pub list but they are not responding or the
list is inaccurate.

    I am from the east coast so I have been using tick.mit.edu but I
need a new one now ;)
