A 175 MHz Alpha processor is nothing to sneeze at. That is probably every
bit as fast as a P2 350. If you can get linux to run on that machine, then
it should make a very nice addition to your network cluster.

It's a 3000/300 - Beige/green color scheme if I recall correctly. It
is older and only has the 175 MHz chip in it, though I was not looking
at it for pure number crunching.

work, since its the turbochannel architecture, not PCI.
So since I don't have all that much time to waste on it I will probably
pass on the system.
