The organization has been established for 8 years and serves companies from start-up level to enterprise level. They provide a wide range of hosting hardware and software options. <br>
<br>The schedule will be 4 days on, 3 days off. The following week, 3 days on, 4 days off. It is a night shift position. The hours are 10:00pm to 10:00am. <br><br>What you need for this position:<br><br>- Experience working in a service desk environment<br>
- Experience responding to and resolving technical issues for corporate clients<br>- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting<br>- Experience in system and network monitoring<br><br>What you'll be doing:<br><br>- Working in a service desk environment<br>
