That's pretty straight forward. If your wife goes<BR>out to buy a car, asks your opinion which you do not give to her and she<BR>buys something you hate, you really can't say anything because she asked<BR>your opinion, your ignored her request and bought the car. She made the<BR>decision that it was something she wanted because you didn't provide any<BR>input. If she had asked your input and
you said you hated it and she<BR>bought the car anyway, then you can say something about it.<BR><BR>Same with voting on an issue.
