<br>Sadly however-the bundle is all Windows, and closed source to my current information. That last part about the software bundle- Scanners above or bleow certain price points are "you get what you pay for" and then better or worse in nonlinear progression both directions bad to good. A sub-$200 scanner Vs a Canon "integrated document unit for $5500 both at the end of the day still turn paper into digital captures.
<br><br>The MAJOR differences being in time,sanity and total cost of ownership/operation..<br><br>When you consider the bottom line as total costs to own and operate-then you can compare hardware and software merits. I admit bias towards the extremes having lived with both. And in due disclosure- "paperless" should more aptly be dubbed as "paper lessening"
