You need to check to see whether the win32 codecs were installed to /usr/lib/win32. If not you'll need to follow the instructions here: <A HREF="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats">https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats</A> <BR>
