We are a 99% Open Source shop and have about 100k lines of Perl and
mod_perl in production.  These applications range from internal project
tracking, DOCSIS cable modem provisioning, ISP customer care, online
bill
payment, reporting tools, web based E-mail, etc.  

Sunflower Broadband was named as System of the Year in the small system
category of all cable operations in the United States.	We are typically on
the bleeding edge of cable, telephone, and internet technlogies, often
being the first to alpha/beta test these technologies.	

Required skills:
3+ years of professional Perl programming experience. 
2+ years of mod_perl 1.x experience
2+ years of SQL database experience  
1+ years of Linux experience

Desired skills:
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL RDBMS
* Knowledge of mod_perl 2.x and Apache 2.x
* Knowledge of Red Hat and Fedora Linux
* Experience building LAMP applications (Linux Apache Mod_perl
PostgreSQL)
* Extensive knowledge of the CPAN
* Experience with network programming in Perl
* Experience with OO and non-OO Perl programming
* Experience with performance tuning Apache, mod_perl, and mod_perl
applications
* RHCE and LPI certifications
