TV-OUT on laptop causes major damage, fire / shock

Only certian ac adaptors are sold with specific dell models. There is
only 1 kind of Inspiron 8500 AC, and only 1 kind of Inspiron 8200
adaptor, the 8100 adaptor is on recall
